Jennai offers clinical supervision for individual clinicians and organisations to support the growth of clinical skills. Jennai has over 10 years of experience working as a full-time speech pathologist, primarily with children who have speech, language and literacy difficulties.

Clinical supervision may be appropriate for:

  • New graduate clinicians (< 2 years experience)

  • Early career clinicians (2-5 years experience)

  • Clinicians entering a new area of practice

  • Clinicians starting their own private practice

Supervision may consist of:

  • telehealth support via Zoom or telephone

  • meeting face-to-face

  • assisting in the completion of assessments and developing treatment plans

  • guidance and advice for clinicians establishing their own private practice

  • group supervision

Speech Pathology Australia requires supervision as part of the certification to be a practising member, Its position statement, “affirms the Association’s position that professional support, supervision and mentoring are critical components of speech pathology practice underpinning reflexive practice, lifelong learning and ethical, evidence-based and culturally responsive practice.’
